Brake/Wheel Overhauls

Accessory Overhaul Group’s new 22,000 square-foot facility provides the capability to service a high volume of wheels and brakes. Our capabilities include wheels from corporate jets to
B-747’s. We utilize plastic media blasters along with the latest NDT technology to ensure a high quality repair and a fast turn time. We realize that when your aircraft is a-o-g you need fast service and we are structured to provide this type of service. All overhauls are performed to OEM specifications including NDT testing for defects. The assemblies are inspected by highly trained, experienced personnel. Only FAA/PMA approved parts are used in our repairs and you will find our pricing to be very competitive

Starters/Generators

AOG’s starter/generator overhaul facility is well maintained to provide consistent and quality service. Ultrasonic cleaners are used on all armatures and stators to eliminate carbon shorting. This ensures a more dependable operation and a longer life for the armature and stator.

Two high-speed generator stands are available to test the operation of the unit after it has been serviced. Our reputation was built upon providing a high level of quality along with competitive pricing.

Battery Service & Certification

AOG has the latest equipment to provide NiCad battery service and certification. Batteries are top charged or deep cycled to recharge cells to maximum capacity. We are a Marathon and Saft service center. Our service is quick and reliable. Trust us to service your batteries today!

Non-Destructive Testing

AOG has certified NDT technicians on staff that are trained and recertified regularly. We provide eddy current, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant and visual testing. We are currently developing ultrasonic testing to be used on metal and composite structures. AOG is also equipped to conduct inspections at the location of your airplane.

Beacons

AOG has a high-voltage power supply to test aircraft beacons. The beacons are completely overhauled, checked for defects in the motor, gears, bulbs, etc. They are then tested and inspected before being returned to service.
